We are happy to inform you that we have a website of the Colloquium.

In our website you can find:
1. a list of the participants and their
e-mail address. We ask you to take note and signal us possible errors.
2. a list of the abstracts. For the moment
only the list of the titles is accessible. Soon, every abstract (of
papers and posters) will be legible. There are many participants who
have expressed the intention of presenting a paper, but have sent only
a title and no abstract. Please, if you really intend to present a paper,
send us your abstract IMMEDIATELY. Abstracts must be one page only (no
longer than 300 words). Remember that the deadline to send the abstract
was November, 1, 2002.
3. the dates of the Colloquium. The Colloquium starts on Monday evening
June 9 (h.17-19) with registration and reception of the participants
at the Dipartimento di Filologia Classica, via Zamboni 32 (third floor).
The papers will be presented in the working sessions from Tuesday 10
through Friday 13. On Saturday 14 we will go to Ravenna. There, there
will be the round tables in the morning and a visit of the city in the
afternoon.
4. first and second
announcements. The second announcement has changed with respect to the
copy you received months ago. The changes concern the payment modalities.
Keep attention to follow the new instructions.
5. hotel arrangements. We want to stress that you yourself have to make
your hotel reservation through the travel Agency indicated, before March
15, 2003. The rooms in the Foresteria of the University have all been
already assigned to the participants who have made their reservation
early, so you must choose one of the hotels indicated. Booking can be
done through the Hotel Reservation Form to be sent by fax to:

On the registration form you find indicated how to pay your hotel through the Travel Agency. Don’t forget to mention the Latin Linguistics Conference as the reason for your stay.
6. registration fee. Please, take note that the content of the second circular that you find in the website is different from the content of the second circular that you received months ago. The difference concerns the possibility of paying together both the hotel and the registration fee. We have had a lot of problems with the banks in these months and are now obliged to keep the two accounts well separated. So, please,
• pay the hotel directly to the Agency (following the indications contained in the Hotel Reservation Form)
• pay the registration fee (100 euro) directly to Professor Calboli
